Hello, Angie! How are you?
With no markings, we can rule it out as being a prescription tablet, since they are all required to have imprints to enable their identification. Unfortunately, that leaves it open to quite a few over the counter possibilities. I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you.
Does anyone else recognize this tablet?
