Found a pill with ES on one side and an A on the other. Click here to see a picture of the pill. If this is your pill it's Erythrocin 250 mg, which is often used for people who have an allergy to penicillins. For respiratory tract infections, it has better coverage of atypical organisms, including mycoplasma and Legionellosis. .
