Based on my research the round blue pill you have that's scored with "APO" over "5" on one side and blank on the other, is identified as Oxybutynin chloride (5mg).
This medication is used to treat overactive bladder symptoms (such as incontinence or frequent urination). Apparently it works by decreasing the severity of muscle spasms in the bladder.
These specific tablets also contains the following non-medicinal ingredients as well:
FD&C Blue No. 1
Lactose monohydrate
Magnesium stearate
Microcrystalline cellulose
