Prescribing Nikoran 5mg Against Carca3.125 Mg

I underwent CABG, heart bypass surgery. It has been two months I had surgery. I visited one doctor who advised instead of CARCA-3.125mg I should take Nikoran 5mg. Kindly comment .

i had CABG - heart bypass surgery before 10 years my doctor has advised to take CARCA 6. and also Nikoran 20Mg (one time)
Kindly comment is it good to take ?
