Pregnancy Issue

Hi,
I am 25 Year old woman and i am trying to get pregnant from last 6 months but not getting success. My periods are not regular. Sometimes it takes 50 days to 60 days and it remains 2-3 days only. So i consult to doctor and he suggested me take 3 tables. 1) Ovabless, 2) Deviry 10 mg. 3) Krimson 35.

So my question is Krimson 35 tablet prevents me from getting pregnant? Or is there any side effects/harmful from these tablets? Please suggest.
