What is this thick white round pill called with M 09?

There is a tablet with the marking of M over D9 that matches this description, it is manufactured by Mylan Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 1mg of Doxazosin, it is used to treat high blood pressure, and some cardiac conditions.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, and hypotension.
