Abe is correct, this was a very mild opiate narcotic that was discontinued several years ago, by the FDA, due to the cardiac dangers it caused, some of which were fatal, as well as the many overdoses it caused. They also warned it carried the risk of being habit forming.

Thus, this is an old tablet, that is no longer available in the U.S.
