They are round and orange with a scored line on one side and a zero with a diagonal line through.-

It is not a legal U.S. registered tablet of Dialudid/Hydromorphone. This does not match any of the markings.

Where was it obtained? Was it in the U.S.?

It could be something available over the counter or even a foreign medication. I am not finding a listing that matches this, anywhere.
