It does contain an opiate, but it is not Oxycodone.
Norco 10/325 means that it contains 325ms of Acetaminophen and 10mgs of Hydrocodone, which is the narcotic opiate.
Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and dry mouth.
