Naproxen 550 Mg

Will naproxen help me for my lower back pain its pretty bad pain.

Naproxen is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory, the dosage you've mentioned is only available by prescription. It is used to treat pain, fever and swelling. Typical side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache and stomach irritation.

It might help, but the only way to know for sure is to actually try it. It depends on how severe your pain is and how well your body responds to such medications.
