had an IUD done..after two weeks of doing it I noticed a smelly discharge...i asked a pharmacist for advice n he recomanded Canex V cream.After using it on the day i bought it the smell stoped but i still produce dark brown(not a pleasent color) discharge.How long will it take to stop completely?

It sounds like you may be experiencing spotting, which is a type of light bleeding that can be a normal side effect, when you have an IUD, according to NIH reports. When it's dark brown like that, it's usually old blood that wasn't expelled during your prior period.
Have you had it checked out by a doctor, though? That is always the best thing to do.
