Is It Possible To Snort The New Op 80s? (Page 21) (Top voted first)

i have been prescribed to OC 80's for 6 years now for my debilitating pain. i started taking them intranasally about a year back when i learned that it works much faster and better. i'm currently up to 4 a 5 a day. yesterday i got my script filled to learn that they had come out w/a new generic replacement that has OP on the side that used to say OC. i've tried everything in my power and nothing seems to work. taking these pills orally does NOTHING for me except make me feel tired and sick to my stomach and i had to stay home from work today because of this. i know there has to be a way to take these new generic pills and separate the plastic from the oxycodone, but have yet to learn what that way is. {edited for safety}

Hey for what its worth. The Mic way works. I didn't get all fancy with it. {edited for safety reasons} And on the 7th day I nodded. And said It Was Good.

Believe it or not. It works. I may have lucked out the first time with cook time. I ll try cookin it longer and shorter time to see which is best. But I think if I had let it go longer it would burn. Just let the whole thing go brown n ur good.

All of the people saying it doesn't work is just doing it wrong. All of the brain dead people who are saying "just suck off the coating it gets rid of the time release" are dumb as hell. Also just grinding the pill into powder and snorting doesn't work either, the gel is still in the powder and activates once it gets wet. This method really works, the microwaving process is to eliminate the gel. So for anyone who is wondering, this method works very well, I've done it now about 6 times and haven't been disappointed yet. {edited for safety reasons} Great Drip, the brown powder that's left taste's very potent. I wouldn't go as far as to inject the final product, from what I could tell there's still a tiny bit of gel left if you put it in water even after this whole process just nowhere near as much. It doesn't bother your nose when snorting but It could still wreck your veins trying to inject.

sounds like you know what your doing...I mean if you done it and it worked that is great..where I'm from these thinks cost a lot..I'm just afraid to f*** one up..I'll try what you said with some 20s first...thanks for taking the time 2 help out...

First of all, every single person is different, some people that have been snorting OC 20s,40s,60s,80s or even if they have an old stash of the 160s, when they switch to swallowing them, then it works again. Its a drug with a physical addiction, the reason for that is because of tolerance build up on these because you continue to take more and more over time....I was a user for 5 and a half years and started with just an oxycodone hydrochloride 15mg and id be screwed up for hours and thats not even the time release ones...3 months in, turned to about 90 mgs in, after about 2 years, I was sniffing around 8 to atleast 10 a day and hadn't been getting high for about a year, but when i swallowed from time to time or took 80s, or sniffed 80s, yes, i would get a little buzz. I was perscribed 540 of the 30s a month and 120 80s towards the end of my using from 5.5 years of use bc of lack of it getting away any pain, my bottles were empty before the month ended, I had become a full blown addict, 1200 mgs a day on average and i used from 19-24 years old. I am now clean since february 27, 2011 and not a day goes by, that i dont wake up with a smile bc it ruined my life but I know anything you can possibly know. But once you sniff an OC80 or an OP80 once u figure out the method, your coating is off, it is making it non-time release...I also ruined ever feeling them ever again, doctors said in 20 years if i go to use, it won't work like it would even that long of a time apart...But fact is, the reason it is an OP80 is bc the company had too many deaths on their hands, bc of how addicting obviously, but its to make it so that you cant sniff, shoot or smoke them....bc shooting them is just shooting pure opiate aka pure heroin, and its actually made it worse everywhere where people are addicted bc the prices are skyrocketed, 1-1.50 per mg for 30s bc u can sniff those, but I know that I can get a OP80 for the same price as a roxy aka 30mg oxycodone hydrochloride which has no tylenol as well and can still sniff smoke and shoot.....this is leading addicts to become broke so much quicker and turning 18 year olds to heroin, which they go to neighborhoods they never thought they would be in their lives but fact is, 10 bags (equivalent of 1 30 for each bag) is about 80-100 so about 0.25-0.33 cents per milligram. Prices obviously vary per area but I remember when the OPs came on the market and I got a text from an old dealer that knew i was done and said I got them for sale (the Original OC80s he found in his grandmas medicine cabinet) and they were literally no where to be found, this was at the point where allllllll the pharmacies had been out for months even and he got 60 of them, kept 20 for himself and had 40 to sell, he sent 4 texts to kids that knew would buy ten each and this was when 30s were $15-20 max.

Each kid bought ten in fact and he charged them 300 per OC80 and they all didn't flinch bc the people that smoked em, loved the taste and loved the drip from the sniff....i did too....people, if u got a problem, and ur lying to yourself and saying its for pain and ur taking endless amounts, ur just chasing that high and that chase is going to be a race to an ambulance ride and phone call for your family to bury you and none of you, not one person, idc if ur the worst person ever and terrible, dont deserve to do that to yourself and ESP ur family, its hard to quit but its 7 days of dog s*** feelings, 7 days where ur saving a thousand dollars....save ur life, get back to the old you, take tylenol, my uncle had a rare blood disease and its the reason im adopted bc my parents wouldn't let it pass through to me or my sibling and he was perscribed 2 80s a day which he took one in am, one in pm, but mostly took the percocets during the day and tons of tylenol....Please, no one take offense to this, don't come back with a bashing reply, not trying to start a problem but there is one thing, one kid wrote on this comment like "YOUR SICK FOR EVEN TRYING TO DO IT, THERES A REASON NOT TO SNIFF IT OR THEY WOULD MAKE IT THAT WAY", well guess what buddy, ur on this bc u searched google something along the lines "how to i make my OP80 sniffable" and ur sitting there with one probably flipping that you can't....lying to yourself, pathetic, the person that started this thread tho, shes right, it does hit her faster and shes in real pain and had been taking it for so long that switching to snifffing helped, bc it happens visa versa as well...nothing against you, since ur perscribed tho, dont worry, you will be helped again, there's a company coming out with a 100mg pill and it will be sniffable, the only reason im on this site is bc i wanted to prove to my friend thats getting into em what happens and this was the first thing...thank you for this thread actually bc he just tossed it in the garbage about 3 minutes ago after staring at it for a solid 20 minutes. Help yourselves, your friends and your loved ones and family, too many bad things, stick doctors advice, if u needa sniff, go ahead, itll screw ur nasal cavity but if the pain is that bad, i get it and i try to get people clean bc i know that life, i lived it for too long, never missed a day and spent 1.9 million in that 5.5 years of using and i was getting all those scripts...trust me, i never thought after my first one, this would happen, it did and does to everyone

They did develop this med for pain and your doctor gives you instructions on how to take it. There are also warnings about abuse and the risks involved. I do agree that if abusers are still finding ways to abuse the tamper resistant covering on the pills.they might as well bring back the original version so everyone will benefit - (1) the chronic pain sufferers for whom the medication was intended in the first place and who greatly benefited from taking it the way it was intended to be taken and (2) the people who make their own choice to abuse it and risk their own lives even after all the warnings clearly given against abuse of the medication! The government, the doctors and the FDA need to take the stance that they have done all they can to warn against abuse and if deaths continue to occur that they are not responsible or liable. It's just not right to continue to keep effective medications from those who legitimately need them because of the selfish, illegal behavior and choices of others after very serious warnings of the risks involved!
