I am wanting to make sure this is gluten free. I can't find a straight answer. Again it's hydroco/acetamin 7.5 325 tablet. It's a white cylinder shaped pill with M 366 on one side and no markings on the other side. Any info on this would be of great help.

This tablet is manufactured by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals and they do list corn start as being one of the inactive ingredients. Depending on where the corn starch was processed, there is a chance that it may be contaminated with wheat products.
The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
