UpdatedMy bp is 150/82. I had coronary artery bypass graft surgery on 17-Sep-2013. Presently I am taking following bp medicine : Betaloc 75mg 2 times daily; Amlodopine 5mg daily; Frusemide 20mg daily + Potassium chloride 600mg daily. Pls advise how can I lower my HBP from 150 to 120.

Try taking 1500 mg of fish oil a day. Mainly Krill oil. Fish oil works wonders for the brain, joints, cholesterol, memory, and bones in general. But should help you BP as well as long as you take it everyday. Natural compared to chemical. Any day!
