i have to decrease my heart rate it beats faster and i fail at work becouse of it

It sounds like you may need something that will just relax your CNS (central nervous system) and calm your body. It is probably best to look into natural remedies first before moving onto anything prescription related as you don't want to have any more side effects other than what you're currently dealing with.
