Effects On Urine Post Usage Of Akt 4 Kit

My girl friend is suffering from TB , was diagnosed a lil over a month ago. After starting her dosage with AKT-4 kit her urine has turned orange everytimes she pees also when she takes a s*** its black ! Eating habits are healthy but still this has continued. This doesn't seem normal to me , please suggest if indeed this is one of the few side effects.

One of the medications in this kit is Rifampicin and it can cause your urine to change colors.
