I have moderate to severe Degenerative Disc Disease of Cervical Spine with severe narrowing (stenosis) along with bulging and herniated discs with severe arthritis (osteo) also in cervical spine with boney spurs. I also have Fibromyalgia, Chronic Myofascial Pain Syndrome ad Chronic Fatigue. My pain management doc has done many different procedures, non giving much relief and no long term relief. She has told me there is nothing more she can do. So, I need a Primary Care Doctor who will take over writing my Morphine and Muscle Relaxer. My current Primary Care doctor said she trusted me totally but could not write RX for opiates. I need help. I will not be able to function without some pain meds. I live in Gen Allen, a Richmond, VA suburb. Please helpp. Thank you.

I have COPD Stage 3 with Chronic bronchitis, Emphysema with er regular heart beat, High blood pressure & Chronic arthritis throughout my body on a daily basis, But I have the worst part of my moments when I get pain in my ribs' it's my lungs constricting my breathing & it feels like someone punched me in the ribs

Your Primary. Can prescribe them it is just they have to go to class every few months and some don't wanna do it

I've been on opiates for 12 years because of a car accident that shattered my facial bones.and lower jaw .I've got nine plates and 63 screws holding my face together.plus a lot of other issues.the most medicine I've got from my drs was 150 7.5 norcos. So I'm consider yourself very fortunate to have your drs.I'm seeing a new pain specialist now and get 90 - 5 mg oxycodones a month and had to beg for that.

I have Crohn's disease and severe IBS as well and it results in severe stabbing abdominal pain that completely debilitates me. I've been getting oxy and morphine to control it but now that I've moved to Richmond, VA I can't find a pain mgmt doctor who will treat me. NOBODY that I've found will treat stomach pain. Can you Please help me???

Please Mike could I get your Dr name and num, I ha e several terminal illnesses and what you are on is what I was on till my Dr retired now can't find much relief with what new Dr has me on, I am a single mom of 3 small boys and it's affecting all of us please help

Try National Spine and Pain. The Woodbridge office got me in very quickly. I'd advise getting and taking any/all medical records, reports and images with you!

The damn DEA needs to talk to people who have chronic pain instead of shutting places down. That's what I think. I have chronic pain and have no place to go. But I bet if it happened to one of their family members it would be difficult. It's not people like me who are dying from these meds, it's people using illicit drugs.

Methadone is the only thing that has worked for me that isn't too expendive. I ran out of my prescription of 9/30/16 and need a doctor who can help me today. Do you know of any one?

Dr.GO will not take on SEVERE PAIN PATIENTS. I went to his office 3x and turned away and I wined myself off the large dose meds I was on just to see him and to just get any kind of help...NO GO! VA sucks...They don't care about your pain or how my pain issues you have. The more complicated your case the MORE REJECTION YOU'LL GET!
