Cymgen 60 Causing My Constipation

Very bad constipation otherwise I feel great on this

Constipation is a common side effect of this medication, as reported by the U.S. FDA. It may also cause nausea, dizziness, dry mouth and weight changes.

Are you on any other medications? Have you tried anything to alleviate the constipation?
