my wife has been taken ccq100 last month yet her period is not cooming & pregnacy test is negative so tell me pl what happen

Hi, sir mere sadi ko 1 sal hogaya hai ham ek baby k liye try kar rahe hai but period is every month coming doctor se v ilaj k liye gaye the doctor every month change tablets and last period ccq tablets. Why?
