There is no specific time of day that it needs to be taken, you should just remain consistent.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and weight changes.

This tablet is manufactured by Prasco Laboratories, and it is a generic for Allegra, it contains 180mgs of Fexofenadine.

I usually take mine within a few minutes of getting up each day.
