Asomex At Instead Of Selekon Xl50

Hi! I had been taking Selekon XL 50 for a few years till few weeks ago when my Dr prescribed Asomex AT instead of Selekon XL 50mg.
I have started to feel lathergic, drowsy and have dull headache.
Could it be due to change of medicine?

Hi Verwon,
This was prescribed by a Dr in India.
I will dig out the composition and post it here in couple of days.
