Hi MIZTAZ,

To my understanding, the active ingredients in Allegra D 12hr are not intended to be tampered with or separated.

If you just want Fexofenadine on its own, normal Allegra may be what it is you're looking for.

Pseudoephedrine is also available on its own, and is marketed under the brand name Sudafed/12 hr.

Both options should be available OTC, but you may have to ask your pharmacist to get it for you if it's behind one of those locked glass doors.
