need a list and pictures of all narcotic pills to teach my teenager

I am afraid that will be virtually impossible, at least on the pictures aspect. The reason for this is that when medications are available for generic production, there is no standardized shape, size, color or imprint.

The US FDA only requires they have a unique imprint so the manufacturer, type of drug and dosage can be identified in case of emergency, but they are, quite literally, made by thousands of different companies, so there are thousands of pills on the market that contain narcotics and they all look different and have different markings.

It would be simply impossible for you or your teenager to memorize all of them. Even doctors and pharmacists do not have them all memorized.

If you scroll down, you will see a list of all the schedule drugs and whether or not they are non-narcotic or narcotic.

This will at least you give some general information to teach him about the different ones available.

Some narcotics are: Oxycodone, Morphine, Buprenoprhine, Codeine, Propoxyphene, Hydromorphone, Hydrocodone and Oxymorphone and this is, in no way, a complete list.

i found a pill that is white and round . nothing on 1 side but on the other side is like a plus + top right is a 0 top left is a 2. bottom left 0 and bottom right a 2 . do not know what it is . i am trying to find pics but it seems imposible

there is a website called pill locator where if u dont know what a pill is u put the imprint thats on the pill n then u put the color n shape in n it will tell u what it is n they will show a pic of it to match them up. its the easiest fastest way to identify any meds.

The pill with the "plus" is actually a Promethazine also known as phenergan. Phenergan is normally used for nausea. Usually post-op, pre-op with some GI problems. or any fits of nausea. At least, that's what my pills look like to a 'T'.
