Zoryl M2 Diabetic Medicine Side Effects
UpdatedMy dad has numbness n tickling in his hands. He's 63 diabetic and taking zoryl m2 before meals. Due to numbness he has been researching on carpal tunnel. However does this medicine cause it?

No, it most likely due to some nerve damage from being diabetic, according to the NIH, it happens frequently, especially if someone's sugar level isn't very well controlled.
The U.S. FDA lists the typical side effects of this medication as possible including nausea, dizziness, flatulence, stomach pain and diarrhea.
Carpal tunnel also doesn't usually cause numbness, it is actually achy and painful.
Has he consulted his doctor?
