What kind of pill is oval and white with "V" on one side and "014" on the other side?

I found a white pill in my driveway. It's not oval but oblong with the markings on one side "014" and on the other it appears to be a large "V" and in the middle of the V there is a small "c" imprinted. I'm wondering if this might be some kind tylenol or aspirin of some sort that perhaps fell out of my husbands truck?
