White Pill With Apap Es Y

It's blank on one side and on the other it has "apap" and then "es" and at the bottom of it has a "y". What is this?

I have not been able to find a positive identification for this, all I've found were other people looking for answers to this same question.

But what I can say is the APAP is medical speak for Acetaminophen, which is the active ingredient in Tylenol, so this might be a generic for it. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and stomach irritation.

Is anyone familiar with this tablet? If so, can you please provide more details?
