Sir, I am 56 taking AlmopressAT25 one in the morning as per Dr direction since 4 months. Pressure is 80/130 but iam feeling mild headech,water retainsion in feet Pl.advise

The active ingredient in Amlopres AT is Amlodipine and Atenlol,
That said, the medications are usually mixed together, so there wouldn't be any part of the tablet that is just Amlodpine, if you need it, by itself, you would have to get the regular Amlopres, rather than the AT.
