I was taking 30mg xr capsules,and they had orange beads in them. I am now tking an extended release capsule, but the dosage is now 25mg. The beaqds appear to be like a greyish white, is that the color they are suppose to be?

XR also stands for "extended release". So it sounds like you just changed dosages rather than going from immediate release to extended release capsules.
The color of the beads could be attributed to various dyes or fillers that they mix into the beads. When you switch brand names, dosages, or manufacturers, this tends to be the primary factor that differentiates each pill (aside from the dosage of course).
If you happen to know the marking or imprint on your capsule, I may be able to pull up a photo of the pill to confirm it's true color. With that information I can also locate a list of inactive ingredients for you.
