I have a two tone green pill made by Lannett with 0527/1552 on it. I can't remember what it was for. Does anyone know what it is?

It contains Acetaminophen 325mgs, Butalbital 50mgs and Caffeine 40mgs, a generic for Fiorinal.

This is most commonly used to treat headaches, migraines, or tension headaches.
