Vastarel Mr With Cipralex And Twynsta

I am male, 31 years old, 188cm/6.2 with 110kg... I have had hypertension for 5 years taking twynsta 80/5 and cipralex 20 mg.... My doctor recently added the medicine Vastarel MR twice a day cause I have sudden cardiac spasms.... Is there any interaction with these medications?
