I have muscle pain on my right thigh and also pain in my hamstrings muscles and knee.I hv been advised to take ubicar tablets.is it useful ?. And does it have any side effects

I am 18 weeks pregnant and I have been prescribed ubicar (ubidecarenone and L- carnitine) tablets for pain in the left thigh. After starting the medicine my pain got worse. I am afraid about the effect of this medicine on baby. Should I continue to use it?
