Tiny Yellow Pill Apo H4

I found this pill in the back seat of my car and I'm totally baffled at where it came from and what it is... Any ideas?

Another discussion thread here on this same topic has identified a yellow pill with APO H4 on it as 4mg Hydromorphone - A medication used for moderate to severe pain relief.

For verification, the manufacturer is listed as made by APOTEX (based out of Canada) and the DIN (Drug Identification Number) is 02364131.
