Switching From Amlodipine To Inderal La 120mg

I have to switch over from Amlodipine to Inderal La 120mg caps, but I haven't switched yet due to both interacting with each other (which can cause major reactions). How long do I need to wait for no interactions? Also, I have Graves Disease. Thank you.

In most cases, when it comes to such medications, you can must make a clean switch from one to the other, unless your doctor has advised otherwise.

The FDA lists the typical side effects of this medication as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, and hypotension.
