Small Round Peach Pill K7

Found this little peach colored pill on my floor in my kitchen after guests left. It is small and round and has K7 imprinted on one side and blank on the other side. What is it?

This tablet is manufactured by KVK Tech and they list it as containing 10mgs of Cyclobenzaprine, which is a muscle relaxant.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and dry mouth.
