Small White Oval No Imprint Score With Dot In The Center
UpdatedI have found very small white oval pill no imprint and a vertical score on one side and a small dot in the center of the score. Can you identify it?

If there is no actual imprint or logo on it, the best guess I can make is that it's most likely something that's available over the counter, which may make it difficult to narrow down.
