Doctor advice to take the Akurit 4 one and half teblet per day, I want to know what's the side effect of akurit 4 tablets.

I am Taking entaliv.5 tablet for treatment of hepatities B, now doctor advised to take 4 tablets of AKURIT-4 Daily for Granulomatous Lymphadentis is it advisable? can it be of any serious sideeffect. Please advse. i am not able to start the treatment in absence of another experts advise.
