Round White Pill.. Has 54 Then Scored Nothing Under The Score

I got a pill. Round white with number 54 scored through the middle. Nothing under the score. The back is scored but nothing on it at all. Completely blank. I can't figure out what it is. I've been searching the internet for 2 hours! Nothing listed.. It's always 54 with other numbers. There is nothing on this pill but 54. Please help!

Yes, this is a conundrum, I am not familiar with one that just has the 54 on it, either.

Since it's above the score, I have to wonder if maybe there were supposed to be other numbers, but something went wrong.

I'm going to do some more search and I'll post back, when I have information for you.

Is anyone else familiar with this tablet?
