Your best bet is to make an appointment with your local doctor and have him/her write up a prescription for you.

my mother needs darvocet for her pain she ..can't find any thing that works as will.... ## Since Darvocet is a prescription medication, the only legal and safe way to go about getting the medication is for your mom to make an appointment with her doctor and have him/her write a prescription for Darvocet. It's really as simple as that. Ordering this medication else where is illegal and typically leads to disappointment due to receiving fake pills or not receiving anything at all. There are however some legitimate websites that require a prescription or doctors notification in order to place an order, but they can be difficult to locate amongst all of the illegal sites. Hope this info helps!

I ordered a 90 day supply of Darvocet (Propoxyphene Nap + Apap Tab. from Medco (Mail order) Right after they recalled this drug. Am I entitled to a full refund from the manufacturer Teva? ## The recall and any refund should be handled by the company you ordered from, in this case Medco. Then they should handle the issue with getting their money back from Teva, when they return the unused medications to them. Thus, you should check with Medco on what their refund policy is for such situations. If it was sent to you after the recall, they shouldn't have sent it to you, at all. This, of course, only applies to anything ordered with a legitimate prescription. If someone orders without one, then it is a whole other ball game. Have you tried contacting Medco? ## Thank you Verwon. I did tr...

I was prescribed percosets so why does my prescription say roxicets ## That's a good question. I'm not sure why they prescribed you two different brands, but to help shed some light, both brands contain the same combination of Acetaminophen + Oxycodone. So there is nothing to worry about as far as getting the medication you were prescribed. I can only assume that the pharmacy probably only had Roxicet ready and figured it was the same thing, so they just gave you that brand instead. I would suggest taking the prescription back to the pharmacy if it really bugs you though. It would probably have me worried too, had I not known they were one in the same. ## why does my prescription say ratio-oxycodan and not oxycodone.. hcl/asa 5/325
