I have a urine test tomorrow I need morphine in my system, but I ran out and someone gave me two fentanyl 50 mg patches. Will I fail and test for other drugs? Or will it metabolize into morphine sulfate? ## It really depends on the type of test they do, as per FDA guidelines, there are tests that can be done to determine exactly what medication you took. In most cases, if you fail a test, they send it out to be double checked and that really shows the precise details. The NIH warns that these medications carry the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation. Additionally, there is no 50mgs Fentanyl. So, do you have any idea what this person gave you?

I've been taking 30 mgs of oxycodone 4 times a day for 8 years now. How long will it take to get out of my blood? ## While it can vary from person to person, it usually takes about 24 hours, or so, according to NIH reports. They also warn that you may experience withdrawal symptoms, that could include nausea, dizziness, headache, fever, chills, depression, and rebound pain. Are you on any other medications?

I've been taking 1 20mg oxycodone once a day for a year, and i want to know how long it stays in your urine for? I have a prescription but I'm being tested on the 9th of June. ## Generally, only about 24 hours, but if you have a prescription it shouldn't matter. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth. Is there anything else I can help with?

I took two 50mg ultrams Saturday and have a urine screen Wednesday. Will they be out of my system? ## Is it a urine screen, or saliva? They are different, therefore the answer is different. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth. Have they been prescribed for you? If so, you should only have to inform them, at that the time of testing.

I take meds less than prescribed. I take a 15mg oxy and break it in half, then quarter it, so the last two days I have been taking a quarter of the 15mg. One quarter today, and hopefully none until Monday's drug test. If I drink a lot of water should I be ok? It is for pre-employment, and I have been turned away even though I have a script for it. So I went cold turkey, because it is none of their business. Any thoughts? I weigh 140 and am 5'8" female. Any input is appreciated. ## Clarification, I would take a quarter four times a day of the 15mg. The last week two quarters and today one quarter. I am hoping I don't have to take any the next three days. I am being tested on Monday. ## Generally, it only takes about 24 hours, or so, thus you should be good. However, accor...

If one IP 110 10mg/325mg doesn't work, will 2 work? ## This contains Hydrocodone and Acetaminophen, the active ingredients in Vicodin, this is a narcotic pain reliever. The Hydrocodone could cause central nervous system depression, since it is a narcotic, so it is not advisable to double up, without your doctor instructing you to do so. In addition, too much Acetaminophen in a day can be toxic, so you have to be careful of it, as well. I was prescribed hydrocodone 7.5 and 10's will my insurance cover both. or do I pay for one and let my insurance pay the other ## This is really going to depend on the method in which they were prescribed. For instance, if you received one prescription from one doctor and the other from a different doctor, it is going to be considered fraudulent to have them both filled. Generally, the only way it would be acceptable to have them both filled is if you'd gone to a doctor and were prescribed the lower dose one, had it filled, discovered it wasn't strong enough to handle your pain, then returned to inform them of that and as a result they prescribed the higher dosage. In this case, your insurance would most likely cover both. Otherwise, if they were prescribed by different doct...

I was prescribed 8 mg of ER Hydromorphone today in place of Percocet 10/325 3x a day. I hope it works without making me sleepy or tired. I'm scared, but need to find one medication instead of so many Percocet. What is your take on how these two medications compare with one another? ## Each 10mgs of Oxycodone is equivalent to 3.75mgs of Hydromorphone, so it is stronger and may work better for you. However, all narcotic opiates could cause drowsiness, and fatigue as side effects, according to FDA reports, you may also experience nausea, dizziness, and constipation. i am taking tramadol right now and it is not working enough... can i take oxycodone for the same pain? ## Hi Amber, Based on the personal reviews of others, I'd imagine oxycodone to be considerably stronger than tramadol. There have been a number of patients on here complaining that tramadol doesn't do anything for them and even go so far as wondering why it's even classified as a pain killer. I don't know if that's an overstatement since everyone reacts differently to it, but if you have a prescription for oxycodone, it should be a much more potent alternative. Regarding the differences between the two medications you can learn more about them in the links below: Tramadol Details Oxycodone Details I hope this helps! ## Hello Amber I take tremadal n gabapentin 300mg ...

Hey how's it going to all you guys I have been doing a little bit of reading and I just had some simple questions that I hope you guys can help me with. I currently for my 22nd birthday was diagnosed with stage 4 T-cell lymphoma I have been on a variety of different medications but I for the last six months have been prescribed 10 milligram oxycodone with that being said I just got my refill yesterday and I got it filled at Rite Aid instead of my normal Place Costco. Costco usually delivers me the key kVK Tech, well Rite Aid gave me the zydus brand. I do not notice too much of a difference since it has only been one day but my stomach kind of hurts a little bit I'm not too sure why. If any of you guys could let me know and your opinion what the differences are if any at all that...

I recently had a urine screen through my pain management dr whom I've been seeing for 8 years. I take 2 Norco 7.5 a day as prescribed, but had missed taking them the day before my test because I wasn't feeling well. Anyway, they did a immunoassay test through Millennium Health and it came back negative for the Norco. He said there weren't even any metabolites which makes it look that I haven't had them in a while, but I had taken one less than 48 hours before my test. I asked him to retest me, which he did. But said that even if I pass he has to lower my dose. This test was somewhat different than my first test. When I had the first test done, the technician or whatever had at least 20 urine samples on every surface of his office sitting on top of the paperwork that went...

What is the conversion of opana er to exalgo er? I used to take 20mg opana er 3 times a day and was switched to 16mg exalgo er once a day, but it doesn't seem to treat the pain as well or as steady as the opana. ## According to NIH conversions, it would require 15mgs of Exalgo to be equivalent to each 20mgs of Opana that you were taking, so no your dosage is not high enough to equal your prior medication. Are you on any other medications? Have you informed your medical provider? The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth.

My friend took three white round pills imprinted with wpi 839 because he thought they were ibuprofen. Will he overdose or will he be okay? ## How is he doing? Did he experience any adverse effects? The FDA advises that anytime you are worried about the health of someone and their well being, it is always best to consult your nearest emergency services. This medication can cause nervousness, elevated heart rate, and elevated blood pressure, all of which could result in dangerous conditions. Is her on any other medications?
