P 500 White Oval Pill
UpdatedI have a prescription that I found moving, its about 2 years old, the bottle says 10mg Oxycodone/325 mg Acetaminophen. I tried to look it up and everything just says Acetaminophen but nothing about the Oxycodone. Some insight would be great. I'm wondering if someone ripped me off and switched pills. Regardless, they went in the trash.

Is the P 500 on one side of the pill? Or is there a P on one side and 500 on the other?
I see where it shows Walmart brand acetaminophen 500mg with imprint P500. Usually the label on the pill bottle will give a description of the pill (i.e. imprints, scoring). This pill (P500) is definitely not percocet. Sounds like someone might have pulled the ol' switcheroo on it.
If the imprint is P 500 it is Ciprofloxacin 500 mg (Cipro-Brand Name) Ciprofloxacin is an antibotic.
Re: Mason (# 1)
It's all on one side. It's been in the same box since I moved, in a storage unit
Re: Matt (# 3)
Okay... yeah those are the Walmart brand 500 mg Acetaminophen.
Re: Mason (# 4)
Ok, and the Wal-Mart brand that I have in the cabinet have L484 on them. Are you a pharmacist? DOCTOR? Where's your info coming from? Even the PDR doesn't have them listed.
It's branded as "equate" which is a brand exclusive to Walmart.
Labeler / Supplier: Walmart Stores, Inc.
National Drug Code (NDC): 49035-494
Thanks for your time and effort in this chat. But you are just stating the obvious from what's already available online. I don't need anymore information.
Re: Matt (# 7)
You claimed you wanted to know what they were and I verified it for you. Of course I found the information on the internet. What does that have to with the fact that the pill has been positively identified? Why did you even ask in the first place if you already knew the answer?
Did you think a pharmacist or doctor would be sitting around waiting to answer you? lol! Take care oh snarky one!
Re: Matt (# 7)
Look on the bottle the 10mg Oxycodone/325 mg Acetaminophen came in from the pharmacy. The name of the manufacturer is on the bottle. Put the name of the manufacturer and 10mg Oxycodone/325 mg Acetaminophen in your search bar. You can choose from several links that will tell and show you what those tablets look like.
If you do not want to use the internet. Go to your local library and ask for their current Physicians Desk Reference (PDR) Look up the manufacturer, then 10mg Oxycodone/325 mg Acetaminophen. That will tell and show you what those tablets look like.
