i have been having trouble getting a good dr who will write oxycodone 30 mg. my back has been broken before and i was going all the way to Florida (a 16 hour drive) just to get my meds. So if anybody knows of any it would be helpful. i live in KY so as long as it is closer that's fine. Thank you.

Sistersez, Tennessee has no such law, nor does any other state. It is up to the individual dr to decide what they will and won't prescribe.

"Help it Hurts"... jesus christ you have to be kidding me. Your whole story is BS and I am glad there arent doctors out there stupid enough to listen to you. So you say that you had an existing condition but your records are missing in action. Then you go to a non english speaking country for surgery. You say that nobody there can provide records of it since nobody speaks english plus they left metal in you so you cant get MRI... so you say there is no way to "prove" something is wrong with you besides your suspiciously horrible sounding life. Get a life and stop drug seeking you loser!

My father in-law passed away from cancer last year. When he was at the doctors office the doctor actually told him good luck getting anything for pain in this state. I couldn't believe it, but he sure enough had trouble getting the meds he needed until he went on hospice. So once a doctor says he thinks you will die in the next six months you can have pain meds, but before that, they don't care. I guess cancer no longer hurts until you're about to die.

I really need a good dr..I live in louisville.. have previous spine surgery an hip surgery I went off my meds an followed surgeons orders but he will only keep me on meds a cpl months and I'm bout to run out. Now I need a new pm doc an my primary jus does not refer ppl..I have good insurance..please help..

I am a guy working in the trades I have 3 slipped discs and starting to pinch nerves, the pain is increasing quickly to where it is getting next to impossible for me to work. Everyone being so scared to give out meds that are made exactly for severe moderate pain (which I am in) I was told by three doctors 'get a new job' and I've been given shots, anti inflamm. Muscle relaxers and NOT one has worked I have tried them all. A friend do worker let me use his script for a bit blue oxy 30's I'd break in half and use 3/4 a day/night and only thing that got me through a day of work and a night of sleep, can someone please help me, I am in Cleveland I've been to a handful of doctors even with X-rays mRI etc no one will prescribe ANYTHING literally. Please help I HAVE to work to support my family but this pain is getting to be unbarable!

I am willing to drive anywhere if it will get me the meds that I need to continue working...my email is {edited for privacy} Please any helpful advice or ideas contact me.

Looking for a Good Pain Doctor in Ky or Tn for My Son
He is Disabled and Has CHRONIC PAIN and We are have a Really Hard time Trying to Find Him Another Doctor
He was Seeing a Doctor for about 18 Months and He Was Shut Down
He Didn't Give Us a Notice or Anything,
So Now He is Without His Meds and Is In Need of Them Very Bad.
If Anyone has Any Info that Might HELP Him PLEASE

Thanks somuch for your help kygirl I really appreciate your help. Do u mind telling me what dr Guerrero gives you to manage your pain. If y dont want to that's fine I was jyst curious if it was anything close to mine. I am willing to make the drive if I can get in. Do you know if your pcp takes new patients? I want to get away from Lexington Dr's they are all the same, scared to death to write a script even in pm.

Does anyone know what equivalent drug would help the same as Oxycodone 30s? My Pain Doc says the state of Tennessee is not allowing prescriptions for 30s anymore.

What doctors in TN? I live in Nashville. My doctor just decreased my 30s to 20s, 120 tabs. I'm suffering from it.

Louisville. Yes I've been to Guerrero, he's a great doctor but you do need a referral, got mine from my PCP, Rosenburg Reyes, he's in Louisville too & also a great PCP, he'll give you a script until you get into PM, hope this helps you

Hey kygirl, have you gone to this dr guerrero? What part of ky are you in? I hadthe best dr in the world for 12 years and these new laws made him so discussed that he closed the doors and went to another county, now he strickly does iinjections. Now I cant find another dr that doesnt need a referral, I have no family Dr at the moment, mine left and went to the va hospital to work so I am trapped. Every office ive contacted needs a written referal and I cant figure out where to get one plus cant find a Dr that isnt scared to death to write a script. Just thought id ask if you had any thoughts.

I went to doctors for 15 years before they got it right and I was able to get out of my 15 year confinement to a wheelchair. I was given a fraud mortgage by countrywide and while I was overseas the power of attorney was to rent out my houses. She stole all my money and houses foreclosed. All my medical records were in them. I was overseas for 2 years trapped. The doctor I had is no longer there and he had all my records too. I tried to trace the back records he had and the clinic I went to disposed of them.

Im in Florida. They are treating me like I just started treatment. I was 600lbs in that wheelchair and was 120, had surgery and my life back. Now Im 400 and if I go back in the chair I will lose my 2 year old autistic son.

I NEED PAIN MEDS NOW. I WILL FIND OXYCODONE ON THE STREET TO WALK AGAIN. I HAD SURGERY OVERSEAS IN A NON ENGLISH SPEAKING COUNTRY AND THE DOCTORS SAID NOT TO HAVE AN MRI BECAUSE THEY PUT METAL IN MY BODY.

I tell these STUPID DOCTORS, they don't even deserve to be called doctors, I call them WALLETS because thats all they are is WALLETS with prescription pads.

Im in Polk county Florida..wasting away. I would KILL MYSELF rather than live in this low quality of life if I didnt have my 2 year old. WHERE can I go to get oxycodone??

IF, I was a drug addict, I would not have been able to cold turkey off a H type of drug that I had to take for the pain Overseas. The only withdrawal I have is physical and I get serious nasty physical withdrawal on things like Tramadol, Morphine, Demerol etc. Plus I am nauseous so I have to eat sweets not to puke all day.

Oxycodone doesnt make me high, sick and I can skip doses if I want with no problems. This is disgusting thinking because someone asks for something its drug seeking behavior. I have food allergies and when I am ordering something, I ORDER WHATS NOT GOING TO KILL ME OR MAKE ME SICK.

Its the same thing with drugs. I was on every muscle relaxer, osteoporosis healing pills, and pain relievers there is on the planet. I was ONE SICK GUINEA PIG. I WANT MY LIFE BACK. I WANT QUALITY OF LIFE. I WANT TO RIDE A BICYCLE WITH MY SON. PLEASE HELP. WHERE CAN I GO? I AM ON MEDICAID AS WELL..DISABLED FOREVER IN CHRONIC PAIN.
