Florida's been having a lot of complications for the past couple years regarding Oxycodone in general. Most people can't even seem to get their script filled to begin with, let alone having a 120 cap limit!
To help answer your question though, I believe the users in the thread below may be of better assistance in so far as knowing what's truly going on there in Florida and their laws against prescribing certain amounts:
