Hi Travis,
I located an orange pill marked G 500 on one side; but it is noted to be round and not oval. There is also a score line on the backside of the pill. The "G" is a bit more indented into the pill than the number "500".
It is identified as Sulfasalazine 500 mg. Sulfasalazine is mainly used for treatment of inflammatory bowel disease, including ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease. It is also effective in several types of arthritis, particularly rheumatoid arthritis.
