Need To Identify Pill From India

A friend from India gave me a oblong redish orange pill scored no markings to take for severe headache she gets from India I want to know the name of pill and if its a narcotic

I'm sorry, but with no markings or other information, it's going to be difficult to determine what it contains.

Did you ask your friend? That would most likely be your best source of information.

Drugs from India don't fall under the jurisdiction of the FDA, so they aren't regulated and don't have to have imprints or anything.
