Nausea From Suppressed Appetite

Does anyone have any tips how to not feel horrible from their suppressed appetite? I've been on Concerta in the past and I know I have the hardest time with this side effect whenever my dose is increased. I'm on day 2 on 27mg after a month of 18mg and I literally felt like I was going to puke just trying to eat a grape? I do eat a little before I take it in the morning. Should I just stick to water while I can't eat anything (it usually wears off around 7pm and I get an appetite back)

These medications can cause suppressed appetite and anorexia, according to FDA reports. You may also experience dizziness headache, nervousness, irritability, and insomnia.

It would be best to speak to your doctor, you might need to switch to a different medication.
