I located this yellow tear drop pill marked with MRK 747 on one side, it is Hyzaar (Hydrochlorothiazide 25 mg and Losartan 100mg). NDC Code: 0006-0747

MRK 747 HYZAAR

Inactive Ingredients:

- Cellulose, Microcrystalline
- Lactose Monohydrate
- Starch, Corn
- Magnesium Stearate
- Hydroxypropyl Cellulose (Type H)
- Hypromelloses
- Titanium Dioxide
- D&C Yellow No. 10
- Aluminum Oxide
- Carnauba Wax
