I am taking hydro 10's for a broken ankle, from a car wreck. Take Lorazepam 2mg for anxiety.Also take Topomax for my MS realated migraines and seizures. WHITE ROUND PILL ABOUT 7/16" DIAMETER AND 1/8 THICK..BEVELED EDGE ON BOTH SIDES..HAS A HALF CRESENT LIKE A (- (RESEMBLES A FANCY E) AND THEN A 57.. ON ONE SIDE... Have white pill with half moon and 063 n the SAME SIDE then a line on the other side to split it if necessary ## This is one of the logos being used by Actavis Pharmaceuticals, they used to use a stylized R on these tablets. little white pill ## what little white pill has the imprint code RX 7? ## Lorezepan. A sedative. ## The correct name is Lorazepam, this is a 0.5mg tablet, generic for Ativan. Used to taking Watson Lorazepam Actavis Lorazepam not effective! ## Hi sylvia, When you switch brand names or manufacturers the drug itself doesn't change, but rather the binders or fillers that they put with it. For this very reason, I believe the differences you are noticing have a lot to do with certain "inactive" ingredients that may or may not be present in each brand. I'm frustratingly surprised that doctor's and pharmacists don't mention this to their patients, after giving them a completely different script without prior notice. Have you tried discussing this issue with your doctor yet? Hopefully he can specify a manufacturer for you in the script.

I found a white round pill with a half moon symbol on one side and 063 on the other side ## From what I've been able to find, the half-moon logo is being used by Actavis to replace the R on their generic prescription medications. Going by that, this tablet with the half-moon logo and 063 on the opposite side contains 2mgs of Lorazepam, which is a Benzodiazepine that's commonly used to treat anxiety and nervous disorders. I took 1mg of Ativan last night to help me sleep.... I have a drug test tomorrow. Will that show up in a urine test? ## Ativan/Lorazepam (Benzodiazepines) can remain detectable in your urine for up to 1-6 weeks after your last dose; a pretty wide time frame in my opinion, but unfortunately it is what it is and will most-likely show up in your urine test if you only had a day's notice. This is not to say that it's possible for it to not show up, but odds are that it will if they are testing for benzos. The other side has fish symbol and the number 59 below it. ## It does indeed look like a fish, but it is supposed to be an R, it's the logo used by the manufactured Actavis on some of their products. Is Mylan an opiate or similar ? ## Mylan is the name of the manufacturer, not the name of a medication/drug. Can anyone help me identify the pill I noted? It is a small white pill imprinted with a 57 on one side and an arc with a small line in it on the other? Thank you! ## Based on the description provided, I'm led to believe that this pill could be identified as Lorazepam 0.5 mg. It has the number 57 on one side, sitting above a score line. On the other side is a calligraphy-like letter "R" that could pose as an arc with a line going through it; depending on how you look at it. csored in half on back ## Hi Jeff, Are there any other markings on the pill aside from the "063"? The closest match I've been able to locate has the imprint "063" accompanied by a logo. Other than that, it fits your description to the T. The pill I just described is identified as Lorazepam (2 mg). I picked up my prescription for lorazepam and this one just looks different than any that I have seen it has the actavis logo like a crescent moon or something and 59 on one side and the othe side is scored.
