L Mefolate Pyridox Mecobalamin Over The Counter?
UpdatedWhy is this prescription form of Folate, B-12 and B-6 prescribed? Why not over the counter?

Since you didn't provide a name brand or dosing, I can't be completely certain about this one in particular, but some of them are prescription only due to the amount of the vitamins that they contain.
Some dosages aren't appropriate for someone that doesn't suffer a deficiency, as getting to much of some of them, especially B12 can be very dangerous.
