Isosorbide Mono Er
Updatedwhat is the purpose of this drug? I was on half a pill and now it has been increased to a whole pill - am experiencing shortness of breath vs. previous year.

Isosorbide Mononitrate is a vasodilator, it is primarily used to treat angina, but can also be used for any condition that is affect blood flow to the heart, or constricting the blood flow.
Side effects may include: nausea, headache, sleep disturbances and poor appetite.
