I would like to know if Artibion attacks the liver, because I've been taking this medicine for 5 months.

The FDA classifies this as a multivitamin supplement, not an actual medication.

It should be safe, as long as your doctor approves of you taking it and you don't exceeded the recommended dosing. Some nutrients can be dangerous, if you take too much.

The only known side effect I'm aware of is possible nausea.
